Business Transformation & Strategic Operations team works to improve the current business processes and to make them more efficient. We are driving the organisation towards a leaner mode of operating and making it cost-effective by removing inefficiencies in the process. We explore new ways of doing business and try to benchmark our organisation with the best of industry practices and try to improve them even further. It involves working on multiple projects and driving strategic operations to transform the business towards our goal of profitably aggressive growth.

Initial Project Details:

We're looking for a Project Manager to handle a BTL Marketing Hiring operations. As a part of BTL marketing, we generate leads for our sales team throughout the country.

The current project requirement translates to 300+ Cr revenue per year. In order to generate leads, we need to hire BTL marketing employees throughout the country who will report to city managers. The vision is that we should knock every door in India and pitch Byju's product. We're currently managing a project to hire and onboard 20,000 + workforce to work with BTL Marketing. It involves hiring vendors who in turn hire manpower for Byju's. The role requires you to manage the entire project of handling the vendors as well as the BTL marketing business team.

You shall report to Sr VP - Operations key Stakeholders and Interactions with: Marketing Head, BTL Marketing, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Tech/IT, Operations, MIS.

Key Skills Required:

1. Stakeholder Management and Business understanding: Ability to coordinate with various Business teams and manage the stakeholders involved.

2. Data Analytical Skills: Ability to skim through large data sets to derive meaningful insights and assist the management in formulating right strategies

3. Program Monitoring: Handle an MIS team to generate reports and share with all stakeholders as well as the management.

4. Driving Results: Must be able to drive desired results by following the SOP and push teams to achieve their required performance
