Byju's - Program Manager - Strategy (0-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities
- Handling Program managing Initiatives end to end (Identification, Scoping, Stakeholder Alignment, Tracking and Closure)
- Understand technical and business processes at a high level, and provide inputs assisting solution
- All of the programs would involve extensive engagement of internal stakeholder s across functions.
- Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects
- Decide on suitable strategies and objectives
- Coordinate cross-project activities
- Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
- Apply change, risk and resource management
- Assume responsibility for the program's people and vendors
- Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
- Resolve projects' higher scope issues
- Prepare reports for CXOs
Requirement :
- Experience in Strategic Initiatives & Program Management with an overall tenure of 0 to 3 years
- Stakeholder management, problem solving, strategic thinking, managing complex problems
- Strong academic background MBA/PGDM
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage projects and influence with cross functional teams
- A quick learner and with the ability and motivation to learn and perform in a fast-paced environment and with flexible attitude
