Good to Have:

- Prior experience and understanding of CRM tools like Salesforce, Leadsquared etc.

- Experience and understanding of BI tools like Tableau, Power BI or Sprinkle data

- Knowledge of wireframing tools

Responsibilities:

- Support definition and program management of strategic projects/initiatives on critical business goals

- Prepare detailed specifications & business case using problem statements and related documentation

- Take end-to-end ownership of one or more processes

- Communicate, translate and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders

- Develop and prioritize requirements from various stakeholders

- Resolve project bottlenecks and challenges and ensure completion within timelines

- Discover, organize, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for change requests

- Work closely with senior stakeholders for project review, status and course corrections, if any

- Facilitate on time delivery and measure/track/monitor outcomes through key metrics

- Interface with the development team to ensure that they understand the specifications end to end

- Ensure training of personnel involved and identify specific/periodic training programs

- Monitor and measure launched processes/features and use data for further refinement

Basic Qualifications:

- MBA Graduate from Tier-1 Business Schools

- 1-3 years of work experience preferably in strategy/consulting/program management
