The Role: We are hiring a Program Manager to join our team to manage key internal strategic initiatives. The role will be reporting to AVP-Strategy and work alongside other Program Managers and Business Analysts. The role is based out of Bangalore and would interface with various internal teams to proactively identify process improvement opportunities Key Responsibilities: - Evaluating business processes, identifying gaps, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions - Creating project plans and requirement documents for identified solutions to meet business needs and requirements - Creating implementation roadmap and prioritizing initiatives to meet business objectives - Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management - Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects - Staying up-to-date on the latest technology and processes to automate system Candidate Profile: - A bachelor's degree from top engineering institutes or an MBA - A minimum of 3 years experience in Analytics, Program Management, Product Management, Consulting or a related field - Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills - Experience in analysing business processes, creating detailed requirement documents and giving presentations - A good level of comfort working alongside technology teams - Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
