The Role:
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for strategizing marketing plans, including key activities and budgets, in tandem with the product and marketing teams.

Job Role & Responsibilities :
- Creating end to end campaign execution strategy, plan, design, process, QA & ROI reporting
- Plan new product launches and existing ones, and manage their cross-functional implementation.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs of the products and report changes if required.
- Track end to end communication performance for all channels, attribute it to business KPIs and draw revenue impacting conclusions
- To create and track distinct Customer/ Lead cohorts to run high-quality drip campaigns to achieve the OKR defined revenue target.
- Strategies the engagement funnel, retention, and reactivation funnel and marketing activities and focus on improving product metrics(DAU, MAU, Retention,etc) & success metrics (registration, activation & sale)
- Strategise all marketing automation activities to develop and execute end-to-end user journeys from onboarding to reactivation
- Collaborate with the business product team and assess the effectiveness of marketing programs.
- Communicate strategic changes as and when required to the business teams
- Work closely with growth, paid marketing, product, UX/design engineering to enable Growth and Merchant marketing initiatives to drive bottom-line conversion.
- Responsible for creating monthly/quarterly plans for critical retention metrics (Repeat Rate, Activation Rate, Resurrection Rate) & sharing key insights with the senior leadership team
- Help strengthen data-led thinking and lead the development of customer intelligence frameworks (Churn prediction, Most Valuable Customer, etc) across the retention charter
- Work on customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalized campaigns to reduce churn & reactivate churned users
- Understand our business development channels and train the personnel to solve problems faced by our customers, by developing tools and collaterals
- Strategizing and executing marketing automation, segmentation, and complex workflow builds to drive growth, engagement, and retention throughout the customer journey
Basic Requirements:
- Exceptional ROI tracking skills to understand and track what's working for us in terms of business
- Experience in working with data and user data-driven insights to shape user behavior and experience
- Proficiency in tools - Similarweb, SEMRush and Google Analytics - is an added advantage.
- Excellent people and management skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Should be an MBA graduate and have 5+ years of experience in product marketing in digital/tech businesses.
- Strong understanding of customer data and use segmentation, attribution technique to do intelligent tar-getting.
- Flexible, creative, and a self-starter who will roll up their sleeves and get the job done in a fast-paced environment
- Should be able to strategize and execute campaigns and link them to the organizational goals
