Responsibilities:

- Work closely with product manager to create and maintain product backlog

- Capture product requirements, translate them to epics, features and user stories

- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes in alignment with product strategy and deriving maximum value

- Provide direction to agile development team and manage stakeholder expectations

- Mitigate risks, resolve bottlenecks and issues to ensure timely completion of milestones / releases

- Monitor and measure launched products using key metrics and use data for product refinement

- Conduct market and user research and analysis to capture potential product pivots

- Clearly communicate plans, insights, data and results to cross-functional stakeholders such as operations, supply chain, sales, strategy

- Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends

Qualification and Experience:

- 2-3 years with BE/B.Tech (computer science / quantitative discipline) from Tier 1 institutes

- 1 year post MBA from Tier 1 business schools

Required Skills:

- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in product development

- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and process

- Successful track record of developing products within deadlines

- Expertise in stakeholder management across levels of organization

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills

- Experience in making data-driven analytical decisions

- Excellent attention to detail

- Creative and critical thinker with go-getter attitude

Good to Have:

- Hands on knowledge with wireframing tools

- Hands on experience with Jira

- Certification in Agile software development
