What will you do?

As a People Partner at BYJU'S, you will work closely with one or more departments. It is a key role that requires a direct impact by driving initiatives and insights through analytics and liaising with the business to ensure complete business continuity. As a People Partner, you will partner with the key stakeholders from the department and leverages the Human Resources team for business deliverables.

Who are we looking for?

- Post-Graduate with specialization in HR from Tier I/II B-Schools.

- 2- 5 years of experience working as a HR Business Partner in a dynamic organization.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- A self-starter who plans and executes initiatives and brings them to a closure independently.

- Innovative, extremely creative and constantly looking for ways to improve upon things.

- Data-driven individual with an analytical mind set.

- Basic employment-related statutory knowledge.

You will:

- Partner with the business leadership team and support in driving organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, and learning and development.

- Work towards conceptualizing and implementing organization structuring interventions and role-based organizations to streamline career progression.

- Be an independent advisor to the Business Head in all HR related matters.

- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team for all requisitions.

- Ensure proper functional onboarding of the new joiners and draw a clear picture of their KRAs & KPIs.

- Partner and drive performance reviews along with business.

- Analyze trends in employee turnover and employee engagement surveys and recommend interventions backed by data.

- Drive specific engagement initiatives (targeted 1-1 discussions, focused group discussions, etc.) to maximize productivity and develop highly engaged teams.

- Develop and deploy culture building initiatives, and implement a high-performance culture.

- Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests.

- Resolve employee escalations within TAT and within the policy framework.

- Work closely with the central Human Resources team to ensure timely and effective delivery of all HR processes.
