The Role : - Objective of this role is to analyze various people metrics to identify trends, generate insights, conceptualize solutions / projects and program manage those solutions. - Incumbent will be working actively on organization wide / department specific process improvement projects and helping the organization grow with a data driven approach. Role will be based in Bangalore and will report to the Lead - People Analytics & OE. Key Responsibilities : - Structure and help visualize available people-related data / metrics in an action oriented fashion - Critically analyze available people-related data to identify trends and generate actionable insights - Partner with various stakeholders in HR, especially HRBPs to understand ground level view / challenges and link those to available data to generate correlation and insights - Conceptualize new projects on the basis of insights generated and detail those out keeping execution and end objectives in mind - Create various documents and artefacts to explain various phases / nuances of new projects to stakeholder within and outside of HR - Partner with HRBPs to run critical projects during initial pilot stage before the same are handed over to production phase and / or continuously program manage certain critical projects perpetually - Ensure that the - business objective- stays at the top of the mind while creating / deploying various cross-team projects such as L&D programs, Talent programs etc. - Measure and report effectiveness of various HR projects along with suggestions for improvement on a regular basis Key success metrics : - Quality and quantity of actionable insights generated - Quality and quantity of new projects conceptualized - Operational effectiveness of programs being managed / projects being run - Achievement of end objectives of programs being managed / projects being run - Timeliness and quality of reports needed for business reviews Candidate Profile : - 1 to 5 years of work experience in People Analytics / OE role in a large corporate OR as a consultant in an advisory firm - MBA from Tier 1 campuses preferred but neither the college nor a masters degree is a constraint for the right talent - Data crunching and analytics experience that involves intelligent analysis of data, generation of insights and conceptualization of solutions to business problems - Strong data oriented approach, analytical mindset and high degree of accountability for execution and results - Structured and solution oriented thought process and ability to deal with ambiguity
