Manager- Warehouse Management

The Role:

- Requires the ability to oversee daily activities across functions.

- Operations responsibilities include designing policies, overseeing customer service and implementing technology solutions.

- The candidate should demonstrate solid leadership and analytical skills, exhibit strong business acumen, as well as a commitment to productivity.

- Position is based out of Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team

- Design policies that align with overall strategy

- Planning, forecasting, and control through process monitoring for all legs of Fulfilment/order management.

- Work in close collaboration with both upstream and downstream verticals of the supply chain.

- Create a framework for performance data monitoring and risk management.

- Deep dive into key improvement areas

- Build a culture of ownership with a bias to action

- Implement efficient processes and standards

- Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention

- Drive automation and transformation

- Taking care of the Order Management process

- Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization

- Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement

- Improve the business processes for each department through analysis and collaboration

- Get involved in long-term business planning at the managerial and executive level

- Report on operational performance and suggest improvements

Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Operations for Tier 1 campus

- Min. 4 to 8 years of work experience in the desired field

- Excellent Communications skills

- Excellent presentation skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Detail-oriented mind set

- Ability to multi-task and adjust to a fast-paced working environment

- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and manage relationships
