Reporting into the Co-Founder and Director, you will be responsible for: - Providing inputs, identifying growth and business development opportunities and gaps in existing lines of the business and then formulating plans for implementation. - Exploring opportunities for technology and business partnerships for complementing the various growth plans. - Identifying and evaluating potential business process improvements as part of overall strategy with a view to enhance productivity and profitability. - Ensuring alignment of strategy with our customer experience goals. - Interacting as a key stakeholders in Byju's learning periodically for any policy interventions as needed.
