Byju's - Manager - Strategy (2-5 yrs)
The Role :
- The Manager - Strategy will be a part of the GTM Strategy team responsible for building & scaling the company's brands and supporting exceptional growth of the business. We are looking for a gifted individual who can strike the right balance between strategic thinking & operational management.
- The candidate needs to be inclined to working in Consumer business and would be keen in driving the GTM for such business. Starting with a deep understanding of customers, the candidate needs to conceptualize and drive programs and business initiatives that deliver results.
- The candidate needs to be from a Premier Management institute and needs to have worked at Strategy Consulting companies on GTM projects with Consumer companies. The Position will be a part of the Strategy & Brands team that reports to the Vice-President Strategy and work closely with the various GTM teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with business unit heads and senior leaders to understand their strategic choices/ problem areas
- Conduct outside-in market and competitive analysis along with inside out customer understanding to develop key insights
- Outline strategic choices and develop recommendations
- Convert strategies into action - develop programs that capture the opportunities & drive growth
- Work with GTM teams to drive the programs
- Own analytics, impact monitoring and feedback loop for improvements/course corrections
Candidate Profile :
- Conceptualise and execute innovative programs that drive the brand in the desired direction
- MBA from a premier institute, working/having worked in Strategy consulting firms companies - preferably on GTM related projects of Consumer companies
- Keen interest in Consumer facing business
- 2 to 5 years of experience overall, post MBA
- Entrepreneurial experience or experience in sales/marketing roles will also be valued
