With this in mind, we are creating Byju's Accelerated Leadership Program (BALP), aimed at finding and nurturing potential future leaders, by providing the opportunity to manage different strategic business projects and programs that are ongoing or keep coming up in different Functions such as Sales, marketing, Strategy, Ops etc. These projects are intended to provide exceptional cross- functional exposure to the incumbent. These exposures are expected to be invaluable in shaping the incumbents into strong business leaders with cross functional skills, enabling them to take on leadership positions in this growing organization going forward.

Job Purpose :

To manage whole or part of strategic Business / project teams / assignments that have a direct impact on the business expansion and growth of Byju's.

Key Role Elements :

- To be part of, or manage project teams or programs in different business areas, such as Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Logistics and Supply Chain, etc., as per the business and program requirements, and take the Programs to desired outcomes.

- To provide effective leadership to the project / Program team, as in scope. To provide clear Coaching/ guidance to ensure individual and team success.

- To ensure development, engagement and retention of team members.

- To work with and manage multiple stakeholders effectively and collaboratively to ensure role objectives are met.

- To maintain an agile outlook and attitude to ensure continuous learning, adaptation and assimilation within the dynamic business environment at Byju's.
