Pioneering tech-enabled learning since 2015, BYJUS has made learning interactive, interesting and effective. - At BYJUS, we are looking for candidates with a background in operations management, service excellence and team management who can help us lead and expand a large team, drive process adherence and ensure sustained outputs for our product expert (early customer life cycle management) team. Responsibilities: - Own and deliver KPIs for the product adoption vertical with an eye towards customer satisfaction and user engagement - Manage a team of product experts and team leaders, providing outstanding onboarding experience for our customers across different product verticals. - Consistently work towards motivating, mentoring and driving the team to achieve greater sustained results. - Show bias for action towards delivery of performance metrics (both inputs and outputs) for the team. - Strong sense of ownership for business metrics. - Help design robust processes and drive adherence and execution of the same. - Act as a trusted partner for peers, from across the company. - Work with department leadership to drive and deliver upon key strategic initiatives. - Continuously work towards improving employee satisfaction scores to further the quest for making BYJU- S a Great Place to Work. - Hands on experience of understanding people issues and implementing people strategies. Innovate and think long term on driving efficiency and eradicating pressing issues sustainably - Stakeholder management in liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer issues to utmost satisfaction Qualifications - 3-5 years of people - leadership experience in managing medium to large teams - Excellent communication, listening and mentorship skills - Understanding of MIS systems and large data sets to make business decisions - Tolerance for ambiguity and ability to work in a changing environment, with an entrepreneurial approach &amp; mindset - Good networking skills with effective interpersonal skills to work across various business functions and influence different stakeholders. - Experience operating in shared services or offshore-onshore teams - Bachelor's degree is required. Masters Degree is an advantage
