The incumbent will be responsible for the implementation ofculture building, employee engagement, career development and grievance management initiatives. S/he will be required to travel acrossto 3 cities in east region including Kolkata. - The incumbent would be handling the headcount of 300 sales representatives. - The incumbent will be based in Kolkata and would report to the Lead HRBP of the region.
