ROLES & RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Consolidation under IND AS and preparation of financial statements under Ind AS
- Handling Special accounting and processes for M&A and other related processes including purchase price allocation.
- Reporting to management on the current position and preparation of MIS of acquired entities.
- Handling Adhoc requirements and processes on need basis for holding companies and subsidiary.
- Liasioning with auditor and tax authorities as required
SKILLS : Accounting, Ind AS, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Merger and acquisitions accounting, Consolidation, Financial statement preparation
QUALIFICATION: B.COM and CA
TOOLS : Tally, Netsuite, SAP, MS office
