Byju's - Manager - Digital Marketing - eCommerce (3-5 yrs)
Candidate Profile :
Osmo, a Byju's company is looking for an experienced digital marketing manager who has planned and managed campaigns that drive sales or leads and promote the company's brand.
The ability to think strategically and drive execution is essential in this role and the right candidate should be able to work autonomously while working with and mentoring others on the team. Previous experience in planning campaigns, analyzing metrics, and identifying trends is important as well as previous experience in creative direction and social media.
Specifically, the candidate should have :
- Post-graduation degree from a premier university
- 3 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing campaigns, specifically Facebook and other social media advertising
- Experience in driving revenue or leads for an Ecommerce/Consumer internet company
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B (Multivariate experiments)
- Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, and Web trends).
- Strong attention to detail and follow through
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Facebook Ad campaigns at a large scale
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Experience working on international campaigns, specifically in the United States, Canada, or the UK is a plus.
- Experience working in education, toys, and children's products is a plus.
