Channel Marketing Manager (Tier 1 Institutes)
The Role - Channel Marketing
- We are looking for a gifted individual who is a strategist with a passion for deeply understanding customers and translating that knowledge into actionable results.
- The candidate needs to spearhead conceptualization of marketing plans and oversee implementation.
Key Responsibilities :
Channel Partnership Management :
-Taking brand ownership and designing market / retail initiatives across the channels
- Ownership of Planning and execution of communications and media actions required for retail channels across offline, online and social media
- Drive conception, development, and implementation of marketing plan and strategies, product concepts, promotional programs and new product launches
Stakeholder Management :
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders within the organization to define business priorities to develop relevant initiatives and objectives and work with various teams to help meet them
- Lead creation of communication briefs, basis objective & identified insights
Analytics :
- Own campaign assessments and feedback loop for improvements/course corrections
- Effectively Forecast, Plan and generate Business pipeline
- Keeping up to date with market developments and analyzing consumer insights as well as competitor strategies
Candidate Profile :
- 3-5 years of relevant channel marketing experience including offline and online
- Channel Marketing experience is must: Proven experience in building and driving the product / category (electronics vertical) on external sales channels
- Brand marketing / Sales experience would be a plus
- MBA /PGDM/equivalent degree in Marketing from reputed institute
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment and are adept at influencing and coordinating with different stakeholders
