Sales Recruitment Leader

The Role:

- There is a requirement to hire, on an average, around 1000 Business Development Trainees each week, who go through a training and evaluation process of six weeks before being confirmed as Business Development Associates. This hiring is the key to the growth of the Sales and Business development function at Byju's. Hence, it is not only about the volume but also about enhancing the hire quality to ensure a higher conversion of Trainees to Associates post-training.

- We believe that the same can be achieved through the application of the right strategy and tools. We are, therefore, looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Leader to manage this pivotal process of Sales recruitment at Byju's. While managing high quality Volume hiring, the incumbent will also have a responsibility to build a strong employer brand and ensure great relationships with stakeholders. The candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment life cycle including devising the search strategy, sourcing strategy and evaluation mechanism to meet the high volume requirement

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

- Identifying organization's needs and work towards creating and implementing an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment processes, which should lead towards better output.

- Workforce planning and resource forecasting using different metrics in collaboration with business team so as to manage recruitment timelines

- Strategizing the scope definition, resource planning, budget planning, defining timelines, hiring methodologies and recruitment funnel etc.

- Creating the benchmarks and executing the timelines related to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and candidate satisfaction

- Analyze data and work closely with senior management to streamline the process and improve the efficiency of the team.

- Track and report performance against recruitment metrics and measure progress of team to meet organizational goals

Candidate Profile:

- MBA in HR or an equivalent degree is preferred

- Experience in having set up end to end Hiring and on-boarding processes aimed at enhancing Candidate experience and hire quality

- Experience in working on and deploying advanced AI/ML based hiring and selection tools will be an advantage

- Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated and a team Manager

- Quick Learner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- High on energy, solution-oriented and positive attitude

- Flexibility and resilience in a fast moving environment
