- Managing and governing the HR Managers - daily and weekly activities, ensuring they are meeting their daily/weekly targets, facilitating them with various processes etc.
- The objective of this role is to reduce attrition and increase employee commitment for their unit within target ranges given to them.
- Come out with creative approaches to maximise employee engagement and reduce attrition.
- Engaging with business leaders on a periodic basis to reduce attrition and increasing employee commitment
- Should have team management exposure
- MBA (2016-2017 Batch) from Tier 1 Campus (Preferable - XLRI, MDI, SCMHRD)
