Job Purpose

To provide strategic thought leadership in creation and implementation of a people management framework that enables achievement of business objectives and, thereby, create a joyous work culture that helps employees to be successful at work.

Key Role Elements

To be a partner for business leaders by facilitating creation of employee processes and policies in support of key business strategies and initiatives

Create effective analytical frameworks and tools to ideate on, gather and analyze complex employee information and, thereby, generate insights for various people policies

Enable leaders with proactive solutions to address people challenges and to foster a positive work environment

Identify HR intervention/ project needs to drive key business metrics, create appropriate programs, actively advocate and create implementation frameworks for ensuring appropriate business impact

Consistently measures effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs to ensure they are delivering desired outcomes

Help foster a culture of innovation, in an agile environment that requires high levels of scalability and growth

Closely partner with HR 'Centers of Excellences' to deliver superior results to the business

Be the guardian of change management by having a framework for analysis of all new processes relating to people and, thereby, surface actionable insights

Evaluate potential employee challenges to change initiatives and have proactive approaches to enhance adoption

Create multiple and innovative channels and mechanisms to understand and act on the pulse of employees

Be an active mentor and coach for regional leaders on people management challenges

Create and implement a framework to enable HR business partners to provide daily and regular guidance to people managers on various people issues

Provide strategic guidance on addressing complex employee issues

Requirements:

-12+ years of progressively rich experience in human resources

- A postgraduate in human resources from an institute of repute

- Strong business acumen

- Growth hacker mindset with a strong entrepreneurship mindset

- Exposure in building effective and scalable processes that are built to sustain growth

- Have a data driven and analytical mindset to assess organizational metrics and provide insights to the business

- Leadership skills to manage a large team spread across multiple geographies in India

- Strong collaboration skills within and outside of HR

- Excellent articulation, communication and presentation skills

- Experience of working in large organizations, involving matrix structures

- Proven ability to influence and interact effectively across all levels of the organization, including at senior levels
