Key Responsibilities :
- Highly analytical - Someone with the ability to :
- Quickly analyze data, understand its structure and create a scalable model to serve different Business Use cases and optimize certain outcomes by exploring trade-offs across multiple parameters.
- Create predictive models, own the model goodness metrics and track and optimize the model's business impact over time. Implement changes in the model basis the analysis results
- Present recommendations from complex analysis to business partners in clear and actionable form, influencing the future plans.
- Hands-on experience in data analysis involving large data sets using Microsoft Excel or statistical software is a must have. Working knowledge of SQL or other relational database languages will be an advantage.
- Someone with the "Go-getter" attitude and energetic personality who has the resilience to learn from their mistakes and identify new ways of resolving the problem even after successive failures
