Experience in Organisational Development / Performance Management/ Compensation / Analytics is preferred along with the ability to have a meaningful conversation with business leaders. Preferably from XLRI/ MDI/ TISS Role: The incumbent will be required to work on projects and set-up processes to help Byju's scale-up at a rapid pace. - Leverage broad and deep domain expertise to synthesize and derive insights from data and reports, identify process improvement opportunities, and oversee end-to-end assessment and development programs. - Act as a deep integrator to drive implementation of policies, programs or initiatives, providing input to and get buy-in from executive level decision makers.
