HR Analyst Human Resources As an HR Analyst, your responsibilities would include the following - - Analysing data points to draw trends and actionable insights for the business - Providing timely & accurate reports/dashboards/scorecards/metrics from the HR products that are compliant with company policies of data security - Key deliverables would be attrition trends, pulse survey analysis, PIP dashboard streamlining, training dashboard streamlining etc. - Provide ideas, solutions, and tools to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of HR processes. Coordinating with various stakeholders for the same - Assist in rollout and implementation of HR programs - Assist in various HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives - Assist with the implementation of a new HR system - Maintaining and updating HR System, reporting on its capabilities - Ad-hoc Administration tasks Who are we looking for? - Basic functional knowledge of HR domains - Key competencies include data analysis, business acumen, relationship management, HR expertise, communication, HR systems, and cultural awareness - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain close to details - Good IT competence (Microsoft Office, specifically Excel) - You are customer-obsessed and are able to deliver basis the needs of the stakeholder
