The role will be a part of the BYJU'S Tuition Centers Team and will be required to - Lead the development of our marketing plans in the Zone, working closely with teams, to create an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growing audiences for our products and services. And, to spearhead conception, development, and implementation of marketing plan and strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales.

Summary

Leading and initiating marketing initiatives to acquire leads and Deliver Business Targets for the region and deliver ROI through marketing KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

- New Centre launch

- Demographic and psychographic understanding of new markets dynamic at Catchment/Centre level/city level

- Understand the media, and current local events in the vicinity or in the city

- Provide formal brief to the event agency with clear deliverables

- Create Regional Alliance to create lead generation Initiatives

- Create a concept to create PR and Digital Story.

- BTL activation support at the center level till the time the center doesn't achieve or is in par with the budgeted Enrollment/sales

- Monitor the implementation of marketing activities in new center vis a vis planned output o Work closely with all stakeholders for new Centre launches and KPI setting

- Tie up with brands to increase enrollments and contribution

- Ability to drive strategic thinking and design of initiatives across multiple areas related to marketing for e.g. Customer Insights, Digital Marketing, Brand development etc.

- Ensure consistent branding across all BLC Centers and all BLC related marketing efforts.

- Monitor BLC related competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)

- Hands on expertise in marketing experience across brand management, ATL and BTL activities, etc

- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts with regards to BLC to boost brand awareness

- Program/ Project management - creating comprehensive and integrated marketing project plans, tracking and monitoring

- Ideating around new value propositions, development of pilot and running and tracking of pilots

- Monitor Centre performance and analyze the activities initiated in Monday meeting to improvise or change the same

- Deploy best practices and successful marketing initiative across various centre

- Competition tracking and analyzing their initiative in the region every QUARTER (Pre / Post)

- Analyze centre performances and plan a calendar to target Business KPIs

- Build, coach, develop and motivate the team to meet and exceed performance expectations

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 6-10 years of work experience in a progressive company - B2C Retail, BFSI & other allied industries

- MBA /Equivalent in Marketing from reputed institute (Premium Institute preferred)

- Analytical mindset, with experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to device strategy


- Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment
