Key Responsibilities: - Manage new launches, automation, and change management projects. - Lead investigative analysis during fraud attacks or decline anomalies and propose countermeasures. - Developed risk metrics to measure current performance for chargeback, Ops performance, Fraud Complaints for risk analysts to take corrective actions in case of any deviations from the KPI's - Work on cross-functional projects with the product, operations and legal teams - Develop operational policies and processes. - Creating a "Data-Driven Decision Making" culture via use of AI and ML technologies and models.
