BYJU'S - Executive Assistant/Program Manager

The Role:

We are looking for a project manager to be responsible for organizing programs and activities for our organization. This role requires deep understanding of Platform Operations. You will be tasked with developing programs to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals.

Work Location - Bangalore

Job Role & Responsibilities:

- Provide cross-functional leadership across Platforms, Products, Business, Operations and work with all internal/external partners to deliver on key metrics

- Daily program management throughout the program life cycle - Planning the overall program and projects and monitoring the progress, Managing the program's budget

- Communicates directly, and on behalf of the CEO, with Board members, donors, Foundation staff, and others, on matters related to CEO's programmatic initiatives.

- Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the President, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.

- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.

- Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Acts as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the CEO updated.

- Strong stakeholder management, bias for action required with great interpersonal skills

- Should be able to understand how an information flows from one system to another

- Monitor operations performance and work with other teams (Tech and Product team) to address performance issues and ensure metrics are within goals.
