Summary :

- The Youtube lead shall take care of Youtube & Social Media for competitive exams.

- He/she is responsible for managing a team of YT leads and doing in-depth research of sessions and taking growth initiatives of YouTube & Social Media.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Build and run YouTube Channels for all State category through respective YT leads.

- Should have experience in growing channels or running campaigns digitally.

- Well-versed with current ongoing edtech trends and how to curate content that captures the market.

- Get a sense of how the YouTube algorithm works when writing thumbnails, titles, descriptions Take complete ownership of SEO and thumbnails of videos.

- Optimize YouTube videos to create clean and consistent content for the channel.

- Sense of basic design, creating PPTs, knowledge of design tools

- Ideating, designing, and executing sessions on YouTube

- To be able to drive target on basis of Subscribers & Views

- Have a knack to learn new skills to present content digitally

- Streamline and optimize YT operations in the team.

- Thought Leadership for digital content, keep bringing new innovations and capturing the audience.

- Should also hold a bachelor's degree

- Improve Channel CTR

- Establish and execute a monthly growth plan, road map and reporting for the above.

Desired Skills, Education & Experience :

- Graduates, preferably experienced

- Knowledge of Competitive Exams like State PCS, UPSC would be an added advantage.

- YouTube SEO
