In line with their phenomenal growth, Byju's is looking to hire an experienced and dynamic Senior Leader's - Human Resources (HRBP's) who will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

This leader will be responsible for strategically manage end to end employee life cycle as an HRBP, reporting into the Head HR managing various business stakeholders and work with leadership with prime focus on running Performance Management, Talent Management and OD for the organization.

- Managing Employee Lifecycle - Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests

- Partner closely with the leadership team & CoE's team and hold Performance, Organizational Design, Employee Engagement, Culture pillars and Code Of Conduct tightly

- Develop, Implement, and administer policies to enhance employee performance and experience

- Be a coach and guide when it comes to organizational culture

- Plan and implement organizational changes required to support massive growth plans YOY

- Plan and implement strategies around Compensation, Learning, Growth to improve employee engagement and performance

- Plan and implement Talent review, retention, and growth plan

Desired Candidate :

- Progressive experience & stable career journey in sizable MNCs / Large organisations / HR

- Demonstrated ability to partner and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation as well as ability to operate well within a high performing team.

- MBA / PGDM in HR (Full Time Mandatory) from Tier 1 Institutes

- HR Consulting organisations, FMCG, FMCD, Internet- Ecommerce, BFSI, Pharma, IT-ITES industry is preferred
