Title: Digital Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: Bangalore

Reporting to: Director- Category Development

Key Role Elements

Business Ownership:

- P&L Ownership of the Digital sales Channel that spans across various digital platforms where an unassisted sale (demand led revenue generation) is done including but not limited to E-Commerce, Byju's Digital Store, Facebook, Websites, etc.

- Scaling-Up these channels and finding new avenues / opportunities to expand & scale-up the business.

- Bringing new and creative growth strategies to fuel the business ambitions.

- Evaluating emerging opportunities. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

- Collaborating with vendors, platforms, and external partners to facilitate business success and further goals.

Digital Marketing Management:

- Developing platform/channel specific communication ideas and creatives to promote greater adoption with better ROI.

- Planning and executing all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, E-Commerce, and any digital advertising campaigns.

- Measuring, tracking, and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against set targets.

- Evaluating important metrics that affect our digital store traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate, etc.

- Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate & improve end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

- Identifying trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Cross Functional Co-ordination:

- Coordinating with content, strategy, and media team to improve marketing results

- Working with cross-functional teams on various initiatives across functions and integrating the digital engine for the success of the larger organization goals.

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree in administration

- 4-5 years' experience with 2-3 years sales experience in an E-Commerce industry or Handled E-Commerce channel in FMCG/FMCD

- Comfortable working independently with a result-oriented mindset

- Proven Track Record of building / scaling-up digital businesses

- Excellent communication skill
