Job Role: Area Business Head

As an Area Business Head, the overall development, performance, and maintenance of the center's activities to obtain the maximum efficiency, quality, service, and profitability for the organization.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

- To achieve the given revenue and sales targets of the branch

- Complete Ownership of Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer/Student Experience for the given center

- To ensure recruitment, training, set action and targets, appraise and manage performance, development, coaching, and general support of all team members to ensure targets are met

- To handle branch operations & provide support to all other departments with and related issues

- To handle students' and parents' issues and concerns and give solutions and retain them. Also, to be proactive to reach out to parents for continuous feedback in order to ensure customer satisfaction & optimum results

- To ensure effective branding of the organization and events is done through various mediums and when required after thorough negotiation with vendors

- To make proper utilization of reports and their effective analysis for Strategic thinking and execution

- To ensure the motivation of the team, coordination between team members, and working towards the organizational goal. Takes ownership of the Employees' performance and retention

- To update (Verbally and/or written) your Reporting Manager on a routine basis for all relevant issues in marketing and HO

- To ensure that branch is Corporate Guidelines Compliant

- To take care of month-wise fee collection. Also to monitor pending fees and ensure follow-up is done for outstanding payments. Moreover, to ensure that refund and left-out cases are controlled to the minimum

- Adherence to all admin and academic compliance is necessary for the smooth functioning of the center. Ensuring that the branch gets a good audit rating Responsible for daily and fortnightly update

- To maintain accurate records

- Responsible for your allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with your Reporting Manager. The incumbent must contribute towards the smooth running of the organization

Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities :

- Center managers need to have excellent leadership, delegation, and communication skills, with a drive to meet business goals and a strong understanding of customer service.

- Should have experience in Sales and Marketing profile, preferably from FMCG, Telecom and BFSI

- Business Acumen / Business Orientation skills to understand the dynamics of the branch

- Good with monitoring/evaluating the services their business provides, ensuring they are up to standard

- Innovative mindset; able to come up with creative solutions and implement new ideas

- Are "people-persons", have excellent interpersonal skills and a good understanding of customer service

- Able to train and supervise staff

- Have clerical skills as well as people skills; for managing files, records, and other words processing-related tasks

- Good with delegating and coordinating tasks among workers

- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude (taking pleasure in helping others and ensuring the office is always a pleasant work-space)

- A high degree of integrity and honesty in all dealings

- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

- Proactive self-starter.

- Technically competent with various software programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

- Skills to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial

Minimum Qualification:

4+ years of experience

Any graduate

Minimum CTC should be above 9 LPA
