Byju's - Business Strategy Role - Data + Analytics

About the Role:

We are looking for an individual who can strike the right balance between strategic planning and execution and is an excellent problem solver. The role will provide exposure to Data Analytics, Strategy broader perspective which entail the entire strategy lifecycle starting from creating hypotheses, validating those hypotheses through both qualitative and quantitative research, data analysis, business case development and recommendations to solve critical business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

- To lead Data + Analytics for the sales team within BYJU's. You will be expected to drive data led decision making with senior management, own metrics for the vertical or designing, developing and implementing business strategy.

- Role will required ability to drive strategic thinking and design of initiatives across multiple areas for e.g. sales pull strategy, marketing strategy, BTL activation, Location strategy and location selection process

- Develop an In-depth understanding of sales operations, user journeys on BYJU's Digital or Offline Platforms and generate data driven insights & recommendations to help business in meticulous decision-making.

- You will be expected to have Strategic thinking, project management, delivery and strong analytics skills.

- End-to-end ownership of key metrics; work with respective product owners to understand areas we need to measure and ensure the needle is moving in the right direction.

- Develop strong hypothesis, execute experiments and identify areas of opportunities.

- Work cross-functionally to define problem statements, collect data, build analytical models and make recommendations

- Identify and implement streamlined processes for data reporting, dash boarding and communication

- Collaborate with stakeholders for data tracking and implementation of tools like Adobe analytics, Google Analytics etc.

Skill Requirement:

- Experience between 6 - 8 years (Engineering + MBA background) Top tier Colleges

- Consulting and/ or start up experience; enough of strategic projects design experience and some operational/ project management experience; consumer and/or retail related experience would be good to have
