Byjus - Associate Director - Marketing Measurement (8-12 yrs)

The Role:

Byjus is looking for a Marketing Measurement expert in Associate Director level to drive efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing efforts. The position will report into Head of Marketing Measurement and will be based out of Bangalore (currently WFH due to the pandemic).

The incumbent will report to Assistant Vice President - Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Experience in measuring impact of Traditional and Digital media for an online business

- Deep understanding of how Traditional and Digital media campaigns are planned using past campaign performance and audience insights.

- Ability to work with Business Tech and Data Engineering teams to implement methodologies.

- Data crunching/analysis capabilities using SQL and Tableau. Knowledge of Python/R would be an advantage.

- Applied knowledge to use data from media/measurement sources (Ex: TV Data from BARC, Installs data from platforms such as Appsflyer, Google Analytics, Facebook and CRM Databases)

- Ability to understand and implement models developed using ML/Statistical Modeling methods

Other Responsibilities:

- Manage a variety of marketing stakeholders while leading a team of analysts.

- Build Measurement capabilities and team in partnership with the Head of Marketing Measurement.

- Develop analytical frameworks for measurement of marketing initiatives across ATL, BTL and Digital media.

- Analyze customer/audience behaviors and provide inputs to improve targeting strategies.

- Work closely with marketing teams to develop design of experiments and manage the test & learn process

- Be hands-on with digital marketing tools and other data platforms.

Candidate Profile:

- ~10 years of experience in Marketing Analytics/Marketing Science in an agency or client organization. Experience in online or EdTech would be beneficial

- Experience in Marketing Analytics, Media Mix , Digital Marketing, Campaign Analytics, CRM Analytics

- Must be completely hands-on with willingness to deep dive into any issue to get a resolution

- Must be detail-oriented and analytical, problem solving, have self-motivated and organized personality that thrives in a data-driven environment

- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and builds strong relationships across functions

- Takes ownership and drives a sense of urgency; highly accountable.

- Excellent coach who is results oriented, and can build and motivate high performance teams.

- Ability to work in a diverse and cross-functional environment
