Responsibilities :
- Hands on experience working in Time & attendance management (Part of payroll team at BYJU'S)
- Efficient process management
- Excel expertise is must
- Manage multiple & complex leave systems across org - manual, biometrics, Success factors, lead generation tools etc.
- Manage day to day aspects of all leave systems and timely update for payroll
- Manage all leave processes such as activation, discontinuation, batch closures, comp off, various leave applications and processing on a daily basis.
- Good with mail merge/ email management
- Should have handled an employee base of 1000+ employees
- Exposure to Automation aspects wrt leave and attendance tracking and measurements.
- Knowledge of success factors and other attendance tools are must have.
- work with multiple stakeholders such as business ops, HRBP's, HR Systems, Employee Experience etc.
- Exp - Relevant exp for 3yrs minimum wrt managing all above aspects
- SQL knowledge is good to have
- Exposure to any of the following is mandatory HCM/ SAP/HRIS/ HRMS
