Byju's - Assessment Specialist - Learning & Development (2-15 yrs)

We are looking to hire someone who can create Learning and Development framework and bring in strategic tie ups to drive the same

The person will report into AVP L&D

Responsibilities:

- Create and execute learning strategies and programs for central Sales and Business Development teams

- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs

- Align behavioral assessments to identify developmental gaps

- Design and conduct assessment centers, development centers, evaluate behavioral & functional competencies of employees; come up with case-study based assessments, competency based surveys, questionnaires, etc.

- Design and develop behavioral training modules and aligning them to the IDPs of the employees

- Help managers develop their team members through career pathing

- Track budgets, negotiate contracts, build and maintain relationships with third-party training providers

- Bring standardization to the rating methods of the trainers

- Study the impact of learning interventions by keeping track on engagement, completion and application

- Adapt and innovate research methods to meet needs by delivering high-quality insights in a fast-paced work environment

Requirements:

- Experience of 2-11 years (Trying to build this team, so open to explore potential talent)

- Have prior experience of driving learning/training initiatives

- Be analytical and data driven

- Ability to drive the team from content strategy and initiative perspective

- Ability to challenge the status quo
