Role - The Consultant(L&D) will be responsible for developing various learning journeys based on TNI directed toward capability building, personal effectiveness, and other behavioural interventions. Key Roles & Responsibilities : - Collaborate with stakeholders and gather training needs (capability/behavioral) and design learning journeys - Provide inputs to design customized content and act as an SME - Adopt a blended learning approach to deliver content - Conduct Train The Trainer sessions and certify team/training managers on select programs - Facilitate in-house training programs for managers - Identify and onboard vendor partners for select interventions - Design and roll out the development and certification program for the training team - Measure the effectiveness of the programs by adopting Kirk Patrick or other measurement tools Competencies/Skills: - Excellent verbal, written, and facilitation skills - Knowledge of learning frameworks, TNI tools, measurement tools, - Stakeholder management - Result orientation - Influencing skills - Team Management Qualification & Experience: - 10-15 years of experience in learning and development - Worked extensively in the behavioural and leadership domain - conducting TNI, measuring ROI - Certification including ICF, NLP, psychometric tools like DiSC, MBTI ietc. would be an added advantage - Experience of working in dynamic business environments
