Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Analysing BTC business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources to find out leadership gaps.
- Designing a capability, competency & culture framework and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials to meet the desired end objectives.
- Consulting with the human resources department to guide the utilization, development, or hiring of personnel in line with broad talent needs.
- Facilitating development initiatives by conducting individual or group development sessions for personnel, wherever required.
- Measuring the impact of interventions on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction & other KPIs.
- Advising executives and senior managers and recommending efficient and cost-effective solutions for identified learning need challenges.
- Documenting processes and presenting progress reports to executives and senior managers.
- Identify & partner with learning vendors as necessary
