BuyerForesight is a Marketing services firm and weve been in business for 7 years. We work with B2B Tech companies in North America, APAC and Europe to deliver Sales Qualified Leads through outbound prospecting campaigns and peer group events. Were currently a 80-member team spread across Kolkata, Bangalore, Minnesota (US), Singapore and Philippines. Weve a young team of Marketing professionals with an average work age of 28 years, 50% gender ratio, culturally diverse and 100% growth focused. We pay higher than industry standards for most of our positions and provide learning and development opportunities for all our team members.

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Strategist to lead our inbound & outbound marketing activities. You'll be responsible for presenting our services in ways that will strengthen our brand and boost sales in North America, APAC and EU regions. For this role, you'd be a creative and quantitative thinker. You should be familiar with various marketing techniques such as paid search ads, social posts, content marketing, native advertising, video podcasts and landing pages. Your goal will be to develop and implement the most profitable plans to position and promote our services.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Study and understand company products

- Translate technical details into benefits for the user

- Follow and analyze market trends to position services and products

- Develop marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product-market fit, Voice of the Buyer)

- Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns)

- Work with other teams including design, content, acquisition, product and sales to implement strategies

- Test marketing product features, releases and ad copy

- Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Brand Manager or similar role

- Background in design and copywriting is a plus

- Experience in market analysis

- Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)

- Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics)

- Excellent communication skills

- A keen eye for detail

- Creativity

- Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills

- BSc/BA/PG in Marketing, Communications or similar field
