We are looking for a smart. Enthusiastic, hard-working and creative candidate to join our team as Buyer and merchandiser-Glassware.

Responsibilities :

- Deliver the Budgeted Sales and Gross margin for the category

- The Successful candidate will be the product owner, with responsibility of demand forecasting, vendor coordination and ensuring availability of right product mix at all time.

- Driving margin improvement initiatives. Negotiating terms of trade with business partners (Vendors).

- Stock planning, inventory control, managing product lifecycle, Reduce errors in Master data

- S/he must be an effective communicator working with all internal/external customers. Negotiation skills and influencing abilities.

- Strong numerical and analytical aptitude. Making and presenting business growth plan.

- Good organization skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management and meeting deadlines.

- Detail oriented

- Working in dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities

- Maintain financial hygiene with vendors to ensure on time reconciliation with vendors.

- Maintaining healthy relationship with vendors - Order management: keep a complete track of demand forecasting - order placement - follow-up as per desired dispatch schedule and ensuring availability

- Coordination with all internal teams: Sales team (Sharing inventory visibility), packaging team (Sharing packaging requirement) and subsequently sharing Production requirement with warehouse team.

- New product development: Ideation to launch - owning the entire process.
