Zonal Sales Manager
Job Description:
You will be responsible for growth in New Customer Acquisition by overseeing the entire sales process, from developing and implementing sales strategies to managing the hiring, training, daily tracking, and performance of the sales team. You are results-driven, and excited about building an incredibly successful sales engine alongside a fast-growing team.
Responsible for growth of the following in the assigned zone:
- New Customer Acquisition
- Active Channel Partners
- Active Resellers
- Sales Per Active Partner / Reseller
- Renewal & Upgrade %
- Channel Management & Development
- Lead a team to identify, appoint and manage channel partners and resellers
Training, marketing & sales support for partners & their team
- Market Development - Building relationships with CA, Accountants, Tax practitioners through physical meetings and events so that they become advocates of our product
- Hiring, training, daily tracking & performance management of each team member
Skill Sets/Requirements:
- Good people and process management capabilities
- Working experience with SME businesses
- Data driven
- Language Proficiency - English, Hindi & Tamil is a must
Qualification: MBA or MBA with B.Tech
Relevant Experience: 6 - 10 years in sales, preferably channel management
Reporting To - Head, Sales
