BUSINESSNEXT - Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Understand the CRM product/ BFSI, industry specific requirements and implementations

- Manage Project end toend from Planning to Closure using project management best practices

- Responsible for overall project deliverables-Scoping, Project plan, Requirement document, proposals and other requisite documents.

- Understand customers process requirements by interacting with stakeholders across organization from top management to end users.

- If required, re-engineer business processes to ensure successful CRM roll-out.

- Solution the client requirements balancing the value proposition and scope.

- Coordinating with multiple internal and external teams for project delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Should be B.Tech/BCA/MCA/B.Sc-IT/M.Sc.-IT

- 4-6 years of relevant experience

- Business Analysis, Good Analytical Skills and adept at Problem Solving Skills

- Excellent Verbal and Written communication.

- Good knowledge of documentation -BRD, FRD, SRS.

- Involved in gathering business requirement, Client interaction etc.

- Ability to work seamlessly in a team environment and creating excellent team dynamics.

- Experience in BFSI and CRM domain shall be preferred but not a mandate.
