Business Vertical Head

SBU Head- Gurgaon for a very large and renowned organization with multiple divisions and investing large capital across all the business verticals. Seasoned business professions with experience of handling SBU with PNL responsibility may respond urgently to us. MBA with minimum 15 years of experience and at least 3 years of experience in managing a business with end to end responsibility.

Role Summary:

BU Head would be responsible for framing the strategy and business plan for the growth of the company and hold overall accountability for the management of the business in line with expectations of the Board with regards to financial performance, quality, culture, governance and legislative adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take lead and frame BU's strategy covering all the sub divisions of the BU.

- Lead and oversee the implementation of the long and short term plans taking full accountability of meeting companies top-line and bottom-line targets and other non-financial goals.

- Take lead in developing liaison with appropriate central and state authorities, banks and other external stake holders .

- Review and approve business proposals from the team.

- Monitor regulatory and compliance related developments and take appropriate measures.

- Track competition and draw appropriate conclusions from their moves and take appropriate actions to ensure business edge.

- To guide, mentor and lead the team to constantly upgrade the capabilities and developing a robust organisation culture.
