Business Valuation Role

Spectral Consultants is hiring for the role of Business valuation with one of the top US Based CPA Firm.

Responsibilities:

- The Business Valuation senior is responsible for conducting financial statement and valuation analysis, preparing industry and economic outlooks, valuation report writing, and conducting specific valuation research projects.

- The firms' Business Valuation group is recognized as a leading specialist in the valuation of businesses, securities,and intangible assets for a wide range of tax, transaction and compliance purposes.

- Preparation of valuations of business entities, common stock, gift and estate valuations, shareholder buy-out, and purchase and sale transactions.

- Financial reporting valuations

- Business combinations (purchase price allocations), including enterprise valuation of intangible assets

- Analyzing goodwill and long-lived asset impairment

- Financial analysis and related research

- Inventory, deferred revenue, contingent consideration

- Debt and equity components analyses.

- Advising clients on business plan development, strategic investment decisions, or other financial objectives.

Skillsets Required :

- ASC805 or PPA or Purchase Price Allocation

- ASC350 or Goodwill Impairment

- IRC 409a or ASC718 or Common Stock Valuation

- ASC820 or Portfolio valuation

- Business Valuation

- Financial reporting valuation

- Tax Reporting Valuation

Qualification; CA / MBA
