Business Valuation/Real Estate Valuation Role - Financial Firm

Responsibilities:

- Manage engagements for intangible business valuations for management planning; mergers and acquisitions (M&A); financial reporting; tax and regulatory compliance; restructuring and reorganization; and corporate strategy.

- Assume a steering role in report generation and detailed financial modeling.

- Should have at least 7 years of experience in Business Valuations/Real Estate valuations.

- Work on and manage engagements on corporate real estate advisory, and due diligence, spread across property types

- Assist in the valuation for regulatory, financial, and tax purposes (ASC 350 - Goodwill Impairment testing, ASC 805 -Purchase Price Allocations, and ASC 820- Fair Value Measurement of Portfolio Companies of Venture Capitalists and ASC 946).

- Model building and reviewing - discounted cash flow ("DCF") models, guideline public company ("GPC") models and guideline transaction method ("GTM") models.
