Role Overview:

- We are looking for a Business Unit Lead - AR to oversee our Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Collections, and Reconciliation processes.

- This role demands a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in managing multiple client engagements across India while leading large teams (50-100 members).

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end Domestic AR operations, including Billing, Collections & Reconciliation.

- Manage and engage with multiple clients across PAN India, ensuring seamless service delivery.

- Develop and implement AR strategies to optimize cash flow management and minimize outstanding dues.

- Lead and mentor a team of 50-100 finance professionals, ensuring high performance and operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive process improvements and automation.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.

Key Requirements:

- Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance).

- Experience: 15+ years in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections & Reconciliation.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

- Proven track record of handling large-scale operations and working with multiple clients.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong problem-solving skills.

- Flexibility to work from Noida/Gurgaon as per business requirements.
