Position: Business Unit Head (1 position)

Desired Skills / Competencies / Job Description:

1. You must be exposed to CRAMS (Contract Research & Manufacturing).

2. You have led the business areas of contract research organizations (CROs) and contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) in an API domain only.

3. You have led global business at a leadership role, and responsible for overall EBITDA, P&L, Organic Growth and Profitability.

4. You are someone who have thoroughly handled USA and Europe markets, is a must.

5. You have a strong exposure of API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) only.

6. You must be presently leading a "Business Development" and "Operations" heading profile for the entire business unit.

Role Requisites:

1. You must be a B. Tech in Chemicals

2. You must be from a TIER ONE college pedigree

3. Applicant Age: Should not exceed 40 years of age as on date of application for the job.

Experience: Maximum 15 years

Work locations: Mumbai

Salary: Up to 80 LPA
