EV, Autonomous, Software defined Vehicle engineering, Fuel cell powertrain, Digital Engg, etc.. - Ensure Delivery Led Growth by leveraging differentiated solutions / assets and drive proactive large deal proposition and pursuits - Lead, mentor, retention and motivate high-performance project resources for seamless delivery across engagement - Establish operating procedures, work assignments, planning, and all project management activities across the delivery organization and meet targets for project revenue, profitability, and utilization - Design and implement frameworks for performance optimization, scalability, security, reusability for delivery excellence and customer delight - Take complete ownership of Delivery Governance of entire account and carry out regular project audits to evaluate SLA, compliance, and quality - Maintain key customer relationships. Lead the new customer acquisition initiatives. o Collaborate with internal functional organisations like practice/Competency, operations, and sales teams to achieve business targets - Provide strategic direction, motivation, leadership & proven general management ability to successfully increase profitability. - Formulate strategic and growth plans to increase business size and profitability. - Work closely with peers and other members of the Senior Leadership in the Vertical/BU to formulate and implement a long-term growth strategy for the BU and Organization. - Enable a great engineering culture with the right people, processes and innovation and set the right performance standards to deliver strategic business outcomes - Ensure that internal projects and initiatives related to project delivery are aligned with the overall business strategy and priorities of the firm - Create a leadership pipeline to drive and sustain the future growth - Diagnose project delivery issues and initiate actions to maintain or improve levels of service - Introduce best practices, agile methodologies, and engineering standards; institute change when necessary and appropriate - Lead all change management initiatives and create a highperforming environment where Execution, Quality and Innovation thrive
