- Exposure in Financial/BFSI or Real estate will only be considered-

- Candidates born between 1974 - 1978 will only be considered for this role.

- Sales, Business Promotion (Defining and Achieving National Sales Targets )

- Competent in Business Promotion in New Customers / Segments

- Incumbent should be responsible for identifying new application/developing & expanding the new business opportunities.

- Exposure of managing a team of 200+ members.

- Experience of managing 2 regions sales and operations.

- Managerial capabilities to develop, Lead & Manage Teams.
