- This role is a combination of Business Development, Consulting and Delivery supervision function. The candidate should be able to engage customers and prospects in consultative sales, work with the current delivery team (including delivery managers) for project planning and project reviews, work to grow the practice and build the team in a sustained manner.
- Exposure to USA and Europe market, PRE-SALES & Delivery,Business leads-Domestic and International market;
- The candidate will take responsibility for revenue numbers, and the unit P&L. A right candidate will grow to become part of the organizational leadership team.
- Our client has predominantly been a Microsoft Dynamics solutions provider. There has always been a small IT Services team which has been engaged on projects from diverse technologies. Most of the projects have been on Microsoft Stack, but there have also been other open source technologies, and mobile development platforms.
- Our client now wants to bring a higher focus to strengthening of this practice. An initial set of areas that they perceive to strengthen this practice around are:
- SharePoint
- Mobile (Android, iOS, Flutter, etc.)
- Custom Development on Microsoft Stack
- Development around Azure and AWS services
- Various web development technologies
- The primary target customer segment for these offerings is going to be the international market. Some opportunities are likely to come from our existing customers - being serviced for ERP/ CRM by other Business Units. The role however requires significant focus to be put on new customer acquisitions, and development of new partnerships.
