Business Unit Head - Home Spaces Startup (9-15 yrs)

- Sales units with an experience to create and manage PNL of >= 100 CRS
- Net promoter scores (NPS) in their previous roles and have managed to achieve >= 75% scores.
- Regional expansion as per the growth plan of the organization in a time bound manner.
- Successfully introduced new products in the desired regional market.
- Employee on boarding and retention as per requirements.

- Supply on boarding (both on rolls and off rolls)
- Customer NPS
- Create a 100 - 200 Cr of PNL development
