Designation : Business Unit Head / COO
Type of Industry: Design, Development, manufacturing, Sale and installation of Process cooling Systems.
Location: Noida - Delhi
Salary: Based on Experience
Education/Experience required
- 15 + years of experience, (+5 years leadership/management experience)
- Experience in similar Process cooling Systemsmanufacturing companies.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering( Mechanical / Production / Air conditioning and Refrigeration)
Skills required
- Knowledge in Process cooling Systems -Development, Manufacturing Processes &techniques, Production Management Systems.
- Project Management and New Product development
- Production Planning and control
- Components Strategy for Manufacturing Process cooling systems
- Customer focus
- Basic Costing, Financial Analysis& Project Management skills

Responsibilities:
- Directs and coordinates overall Plant Operations
- Set Unit and departmental objectives and guide through Strategies development
- Plan, direct and coordinates all Functions of the Process cooling systems Business Unit such as New Product development, Design, Manufacturing, Materials Management, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Scheduling & Routing, Maintenance, Despatch etc.,
- Co-ordinate and follow up and provide complete on going support through the development and installation cycles
- Coordination and Interaction with all Customers
- Set Budget, Business Plan, Sales Forecast and follow up
- QS/ TS System Implementation
- Implementation of Best Systems and manufacturing practices
- Empowerment and Human resource development of Unit
- Overall general Factory administration
- Ensures effective use of facilities and personnel and conformance to schedules and budget.
- Major facilities projects and capital Budgeting
- Responds to related production and other functional problems pursues and implements remedies to such problems
- Staffing, Job evaluation, Skills set and Merit rating
- Meeting the development, Production and delivery targets
- MIS, Management Report Generation
- Liaison with Industrial and labour departments
